When Responsibility Can Rest

When Responsibility Can Rest
Planners often measure progress by what has been completed, prepared for, or responsibly handled. They are usually aware of what still needs attention, what could go wrong, and what others may be counting on them to finish. But when the list keeps growing, it can be hard to let anything feel done enough to rest. Sometimes it takes deliberate effort to recognize what has already been handled, what is good enough for now, and what can wait without everything falling apart.
🔎 What would enough productivity, preparation, or follow-through look like for me this week? Where can I let what has already been handled be enough for now?
This post is dedicated to all the Planners who carry so much responsibility, handle the details, and keep showing up for what matters.

Compassionate Communication

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also called Compassionate Communication, is a process developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s. Rosenburg discovered an insightful way of working through the conflict that arises when two individuals have contrasting strategies for having their own needs and values met. His process involves identifying one’s own needs, the needs of others, and the feelings that surround these needs.
