Enough Clarity to Move Forward

Enough Clarity to Move Forward
Thinkers often want their thinking to be solid, accurate, and fully thought through before they speak, decide, or move forward. They may continue refining an idea, gathering information, or testing for flaws because they value competence, precision, and intellectual integrity. But when the standard for clarity keeps rising, it can be hard to know when something is developed enough to share. Sometimes it takes deliberate effort to recognize when the thinking is strong enough for the next step, even if every question has not been answered yet.

This post is dedicated to all the Thinkers who take time to understand, ask thoughtful questions, and care deeply about getting things clear.

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also called Compassionate Communication, is a process developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s. Rosenburg discovered an insightful way of working through the conflict that arises when two individuals have contrasting strategies for having their own needs and values met. His process involves identifying one’s own needs, the needs of others, and the feelings that surround these needs.
