Appreciating the Wisdom Thinkers Offer

Appreciating the Wisdom Thinkers Offer
Thinkers bring insight, clarity, and thoughtful perspective into the world around them. They often notice what others miss, ask questions that sharpen understanding, and help people see situations more clearly. Their care may show up as problem-solving, honest feedback, or the desire to help something work better.
Thinkers remind us that love can be thoughtful, discerning, and deeply respectful. Sometimes the most caring thing someone can offer is a clearer path, a well-considered idea, or the truth spoken with good intention.
🔎 Where has my insight, honesty, or thoughtful perspective helped someone see more clearly? How can I let my quiet forms of care be recognized?
This Mother’s Day, we appreciate the Thinkers who help us understand, improve, and grow through the gift of their insight.

Compassionate Communication

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also called Compassionate Communication, is a process developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s. Rosenburg discovered an insightful way of working through the conflict that arises when two individuals have contrasting strategies for having their own needs and values met. His process involves identifying one’s own needs, the needs of others, and the feelings that surround these needs.
