Appreciating the Life Movers Bring

Appreciating the Life Movers Bring
Movers bring energy, courage, humor, and aliveness into the world around them. They often notice what can be done right now, where momentum is needed, or how to make a moment more enjoyable. Their care may show up as stepping in, lifting the mood, solving something quickly, or helping others shake off heaviness.
Movers remind us that love can be active, playful, bold, and present. Sometimes care looks like showing up in the moment, making things happen, creating laughter, or helping people feel more alive.
🔎 Where has my energy, humor, or willingness to act helped someone feel supported or uplifted? How can I let myself be appreciated for the life I bring?
This Mother’s Day, we appreciate the Movers who bring spark, courage, and momentum—and who remind us not to miss the life happening right in front of us.

Compassionate Communication

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also called Compassionate Communication, is a process developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s. Rosenburg discovered an insightful way of working through the conflict that arises when two individuals have contrasting strategies for having their own needs and values met. His process involves identifying one’s own needs, the needs of others, and the feelings that surround these needs.
