Accessibility Statement

At Personality Lingo, we strive to make our educational materials clear, user-friendly, and accessible to a wide audience. While our online resources are not currently subject to formal Section 508 or WCAG compliance requirements, we do follow general best practices for readability, logical structure, and visual clarity. We aim to support accessibility wherever feasible, especially in materials that may be used in educational or training environments.
Our downloadable materials are delivered in standard PDF, WORD, or PPTX format and are designed with clean formatting, logical structure, and high-contrast text to support ease of use.
Our free online Personality Test is not fully WCAG 2.1 compliant and does not provide accessibility conformance documentation. For organizations with specific accessibility needs, we recommend they purchase the downloadable version of the Personality Test, which includes a printable version designed for flexibility and adaptation. https://personalitylingo.com/printable-personality-test-mini-training-kit

Compassionate Communication

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also called Compassionate Communication, is a process developed by Marshall Rosenberg in the 1960s. Rosenburg discovered an insightful way of working through the conflict that arises when two individuals have contrasting strategies for having their own needs and values met. His process involves identifying one’s own needs, the needs of others, and the feelings that surround these needs.
